Katarzyna Wabik

Currently working at Revolut as City Community Manager in Cracow. This is an exciting job which allows her to meet new people and get involved in various local, not just technological, initiatives.

Her adventure with communities has started in 2013 when she was hired by Yelp. While being a Yelp Krakow Community Manager she has built a community of thousands of active users from zero level. It was a great time when she has thrown about 150 events for local community, including events with social impact, like cleaning-up action of the former concentration camp area - Obóz Płaszów.

She held workshops and provided consulting services for many organizations, including: Idea Bank, JCC Krakow, Instytut Dizajnu w Kielcach, Uniwersytet Dzieci and for over two hundred representatives of local startups and NGOs.

In 2018 she was involved in Trivial.co - blockchain project which helps users to become familiar with ERC-20 tokens. She also co-organized Krakowski Festiwal Komiksu. The 8th edition just took place in Małopolski Ogród Sztuki and gathered more than 2000 visitors.

She is a proud graduate of Contemporary Culture at the Jagiellonian University, an enthusiast of weekend getaways and technology.
